Serving Size: 8 people

What You Need:
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons sugar in the raw

  • 2 cups oat flour

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:
  1. Mix salt, baking powder, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mash bananas smooth with fork and mix into the above ingredients.

  3. Add vanilla, milk, eggs and melted butter to the mixture and mix.

  4. Apply butter and vegetable oil to a non-stick pan.

  5. Pour in the desired amount of pancake mixture.

  6. Cook on medium heat for a few minutes; you will sea bubbles at the top.

  7. Flip and repeat step 2 until all batter is gone.
