Pumpkin Cake

This delicious and sweet pumpkin spiced cake is coated with the right amount of icing which then is the perfect dessert to have on a lovely Fall afternoon!

Want to give this recipe a try? Here is the step-by-step pumpkin cake recipe shared by our lovely sister, Ashley!

What You Need:
  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree

  • 1-1/2 cups cooking oil

  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:
  1. Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and cooking oil together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Then add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold in the dry ingredients.

  3. Pour the batter into a pan and bake at 350℉ for about 30 minutes.

  4. Let the cake cool completely before serving!
