What You Need:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin puree
1-1/2 cups cooking oil
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Steps:
Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and cooking oil together in a large mixing bowl.
Then add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold in the dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into a pan and bake at 350℉ for about 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before serving!
