Angel Finger Cookies

These delicate, buttery cookies are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth craving!

Want to give this recipe a try? Here is the step-by-step angel finger cookie recipe shared by our lovely sister, Gianna!

What You Need:
  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup shortening

  • 6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

  • 2 cups cake flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup walnuts

Steps:
  1. Cream butter and shortening together. Gradually add sugar and and flour into the mix. Add vanilla and walnuts. Chill until the batter hardens.

  2. Shape into fingers about 1 1/2 inches long and a 1/2 inch in diameter. Place on non-greased cookie sheets and bake at 350℉ for 12 minutes.

  3. Roll into super fine sugar while warm. This recipe makes about 5 dozen cookies.
