What You Need:
4 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 16 ounce container of ricotta
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
Steps:
Mix in a bowl, flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
In a separate large bowl, mix together the ricotta, eggs and butter, and then slowly add the dry ingredients in.
Bake tablespoon size cookies at 350℉ for 9 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Icing is optional, which is a mix of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
