Homemade Diced Potatoes

If you're hungry but not in the mood for a full course meal, these crispy diced potatoes is definitely the snack for you!

What You Need:
  • 3 potatoes

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1/2 white onion

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • salt

  • pepper

  • paprika

Steps:
  1. Dice the potatoes into small cubes.

  2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot for 8 minutes.

  3. Dice the onions and set it aside.

  4. Drain the potatoes and set them aside.

  5. In a skillet, melt the butter and heat the olive oil, and add the potatoes.

  6. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.

  7. Cover the skillet using tin foil for 10 minutes.

  8. Remove the foil and flip the potatoes. Add the onions to the potatoes.

  9. Add more salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder (if needed).

  10. Cook until the potatoes are golden brown (usually 10-15 more minutes).

  11. Remove the potatoes and serve!
