What You Need:
1 pound ground beef (beef or triple threat)
breadcrumbs (store bought or homemade)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
oregano
basil
*can substitute oregano and basil for Italian seasoning*
Homemade Breadcrumb:
Place 2 slices of bread into a large bowl, cover with milk and let it sit so the bread absorbs the milk.
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using your hands, mix the ground beef and breadcrumbs. Add a good shake of the seasonings to the meat/breadcrumb mixture.
Roll into approximately 1-inch balls. Place them onto a baking sheet.
Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, flip them halfway through the cooking process.
