Homemade Italian Meatball

Want to give this recipe a try? Here is the step-by-step Italian meatballs recipe shared by our lovely sister, Sage!

What You Need:
  • 1 pound ground beef (beef or triple threat)

  • breadcrumbs (store bought or homemade)

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic powder

  • oregano

  • basil

  • *can substitute oregano and basil for Italian seasoning*

Homemade Breadcrumb:
  1. Place 2 slices of bread into a large bowl, cover with milk and let it sit so the bread absorbs the milk.

Steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Using your hands, mix the ground beef and breadcrumbs. Add a good shake of the seasonings to the meat/breadcrumb mixture.

  3. Roll into approximately 1-inch balls. Place them onto a baking sheet.

  4. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes, flip them halfway through the cooking process.
