Julia's Antipasto Salad

A quick and simple salad that literally takes minutes to make! Just toss all the ingredients together and spice it all up with the Italian dressing!

What You Need:
  • Romaine, chopped and made as the base to this Italian salad

  • green olives

  • black olives

  • cherry tomatoes, slice in half

  • pepperoni, slice up

  • jarred roasted red peppers

  • genoa salami, thinly sliced

  • fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or in a ball form

  • artichoke hearts

  • provolone cheese, cut into square slices

  • olive oil, just a drizzle

  • lemon juice, drizzle

  • Italian seasoning

Steps:
  1. Toss the salad ingredients together. In a large bowl, add the romaine, olives, tomatoes, pepperoni, red peppers, salami, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, and provolone.

  2. To make the lemon olive oil dressing, in a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Pour over the salad and toss.
