What You Need:
10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach
1 can of quartered artichoke hearts
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Steps:
Cook spinach in microwave and drain excess moisture.
Drain and break up artichoke hearts with your finger.
Combine it all together and microwave for 2 minutes, stir, and microwave again on 50% power for 5 minutes.
Then, serve with any choice of chip.
