Spinach Artichoke Dip

Want to give this recipe a try? Here is the step-by-step spinach artichoke recipe shared by our lovely sister, Marisa!

What You Need:
  • 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach

  • 1 can of quartered artichoke hearts

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Steps:
  1. Cook spinach in microwave and drain excess moisture.

  2. Drain and break up artichoke hearts with your finger.

  3. Combine it all together and microwave for 2 minutes, stir, and microwave again on 50% power for 5 minutes.

  4. Then, serve with any choice of chip.
